ABOUT Brady James PT

BradyJames Personal Training began in late 2020. The dream of a young ambitious 20-year-old started with 4 pieces of matting in what was an outdoor shed however over the years it has been transformed into a fully-functional studio. In this time not only have we transformed the studio but also many lives along the way.

At BradyJames PT we pride ourselves on making sustainable and positive change. It is NOT a place where we take extreme restrictive practices just for a good picture in 6 weeks. We actually take the time to learn key training principles and how to make sustainable changes to suit your lifestyle.

"What have you done today" is a tagline we use to self-reflect and think have we done anything different today to put us a step closer towards our goals. Now this doesn't have to be a 60 minute gym session but it might mean a walk after work or hitting your step count. Remember, we can't expect different results doing the same thing everyday, so today you might sign up to my free trial to put yourself one step closer to your goals

Brady Poerio

Hey there, I am the owner and trainer at BradyJames PT. I successfully completed a Tafe SA course in cert 3 and 4 in fitness in 2017 and have been in the fitness industry for 5 years. I am experienced in working in both a commercial setting and in-home sessions / outdoors.  I am also a qualified Thump Boxing instructor which provides more variety to our sessions.  I am currently studying a Bachelor’s degree in Exercise and Sport Science.  I have an extensive sporting background playing competitive tennis and soccer. I specialise in bodyweight, strength and functional work.

BradyJames PT is more than a business for me, this is what I love to do. My dream and vision are to help as many people as I can and get them feeling their absolute best.

I want to show people it does not have to be a terrible process and that it is possible to sustain a healthy balanced lifestyle.

Just like everyone else I have had my struggles with self-confidence and insecurities in my body growing up and I found the gym has helped me so much in that part of my life. My aim is to show people how the gym is much more than a place where we just get stronger or leaner but a place where we can internally feel better about ourselves.

Remember, fitness is not about being perfect it is about being consistent. Someone who never eats ice cream or carbohydrates is not living a life I, nor you want to live.
